Genesee #2 (GN2) is located at the Genesee Generating Station, west of Edmonton, Alberta. This is the last coal-fired asset operating in Alberta, and it has a 420 MW of generating capacity. GN1, GN2, and GN3 are separate assets located at the same facility.
