Coaldale (COD1) is a 5 MW natural gas-fired cogeneration asset in the Coaldale area that is comprised of six internal combustion engines. The power plant supplies electricity, heat, and gaseous carbon dioxide for CO2 fertilization to Whole Leaf Farm greenhouses. It was connected to the grid in November 2019.
