Kaybob 3 Cogen South (KAS1) is a 33 MW cogeneration power plant providing both electricity and steam to the adjacent gas processing facility. It is comprised of two 16.5MW gas turbine generators paired with heat recovery steam generators (HRSG). It is located around 35 KM south of Fox Creek, Alberta, and is owned by Pembina Gas Infrastructure (PGI).
