kīsikāw pīsim 2 (KKP2) is a 7 MW solar asset located in the Edmonton river valley, next to the E.L. Smith Water Treatment Plant. It is a sibling of kisikaw pisim 1 and they are owned by Epcor. It was connected to the grid in August 2022.
The Cree name kisikaw pisim (KEY-see-gaw PEE-sim) means daylight sun.
