NRGreen (NRG3) is located at the Alliance Pipeline Compressor Station east of Whitecourt, Alberta. The NRGreen Power Limited Partnership generates power using waste heat from the compressor station turbine, with a total maximum capability of 16 MW. It is part of the Whitecourt Recovered Energy Project (WREP).
