Base Plant (SCR1) is a cogeneration plant with a maximum capability of 50 MW. This asset supplies power to the grid and heat for oil sands processing. It is located at Suncor's Base Plant, north of Fort McMurray, Alberta. This asset is owned and operated by Suncor.
