Hand Hills (HHW1) is a 145 MW wind asset located on 12,000 acres aproximately 28 KM northeast of Drumheller, AB. This asset is comprised in 29 Siemens Gamesa 4.5-145 wind turbines, and is owned by BluEarth Renewables.
Wind turbine installation started in September 2022, and construction is expected to be completed in early 2023.
