Sundance #6 (SD6), built in 1980, is a natural gas fired steam generator that was previously a coal-fired generator. It was converted and then started using natural gas on Feb 2021.
It is located near Lake Wabamun, Alberta. It has a maximum capability of 401 MW.
SD3, SD4, SD5, and SD6 are separate assets located at the same facility.
